Hello.  My name is Steve Reddell and I am excited that you have found www.katyfamilyhomes.com and are interested in learning more about me and the services that I provide to my clients looking for homes to buy or sell in Katy, Texas.  I am a RE/MAX Realtor whom offices out of REMAX Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX.

Let me first say that my deepest desire is to provide you with unequaled service founded upon uncompromising integrity and honesty. As a former educator I have heard it said that it takes a village to raise a child.  This is why my philosophy of real estate is simple.  A "home" is more than the walls and bricks we live in.  "Home" is the experiences that we have in that house, and out, of those walls.  It is the village; the fellowship with family and friends; the relationships with the community and schools; the worship in our churches; it is our lives passing through the house that makes our home, a "home".

My goal is to help you find a house that provides you with the opportunities to grow as an individual, a family and a community; to help you find the house that meets your needs; to help you find the house that becomes your home.  I also understand how difficult it is to sell a home. The same attributes that make a house a “home”, can make it difficult to leave when the time comes. My goal is to help you sell your home in Katy, or the Houston area; I will do this in the least stressful way I can and still do my best to achieve your desired selling price.

I am a Christian man that seeks to please my God everyday I live and am so grateful He has provided me with a "home".  I have a wonderful wife of 18 years and two great kids.  They help me to understand everyday how important it is to have a "family home".  I work very hard for my clients but I work even harder to be a good husband and father.  Some days I fail miserably and let real estate and other distractions dominate my life, but most days I find a balance and succeed.  Life is great in Katy, TX.  I hope you find your "family home" and if I can help you with anything, please do not hesitate to call or email me.  God bless you!
